ARCO: Acronyms to refer to the rights of ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION and OPPOSITION that individuals have regarding the processing of their personal data.
Databases: The ordered set of data created by Us which may include the User’s content and personal data. This may be stored at our facilities or with third-party cloud storage services.
Blocking: The process by which we identify and store personal data before deletion once the purpose for which they were collected has been fulfilled, with the sole purpose of keeping such data until the legal or contractual limitation period expires. During this period, personal data will not be subject to processing, use or transfer.

Data Processor: A person who processes data on behalf or by the request of the controller. The data processor does not decide upon the processing of personal data and only executes an specific task upon them.

When the user deletes any personal data uploaded to our services, we will keep a record of it in our storage systems for up to 2 years or for an amount of time provided by law even if it states a longer or shorter period.
When your account or subscription ends, by any means, we will keep a record of your personal data and block if for a period of up to 2 years. During this time, no processing, use or transfer of your data will be carried out. After the indicated time has elapsed, your information will be cancelled and, if necessary, definitively erased.

Access. To know the personal data that we process about you, which have been informed in this Privacy Notice.
Rectification. Request the correction of your personal data in the event that they are outdated, inaccurate or incomplete.
Cancellation. Request the deletion of your personal data in our records or databases, physical and digital. Prior to cancellation, the information will be blocked to prevent its processing for a period of up to 2 years after the processing of your cancellation request, or in another period when the law establishes a longer or shorter period of conservation.

Limitation of the use or disclosure of your personal information: The limitation on the use and disclosure of your personal information may be requested at any time through our means of contact, by submitting a request where you specify the limitation on the use or disclosure of your personal data, referring to what particular use or disclosure you wish to limit.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Amnesia Cube does not act as a data controller regarding the personal data contained in the User’s Content including images, photos, voice recordings, and any other User or third parties’ data, even when said Content is stored in our cloud storage services. In such cases, Amnesia Cube is a data processor acting at the request or order of the User. Therefore, the User is solely responsible for obtaining third parties’ authorization for processing and storing their personal data. The user shall hold Amnesia Cube harmless from any possible claims, penalties, fines, including legal expenses, and shall inform the data subject of its own Privacy Notice.
Prior notice of any update to this Privacy Policy will be sent to the User before entering into effect. For most relevant changes, a new acceptance of the Privacy Policy will be required so that our Services work in a proper manner.
